This Santa Fe adobe style home is a special retreat where you can enjoy stunning "Mountain Empire" views and in the privacy and comfort of your "home away from home." This vacation rental home is a spacious 2000 square foot home ideal for escaping the summer heat or winter cold. The home can accommodate up to 8 people in its 2 large bedrooms one with a walk in closet and master bath w/jacuzzi and two full sized sleeper sofas in the living and Arizona Room . The home features a fully equippped "country kitchen", comfortable living room with fireplace and an Azizona Room with large screen TV with cable and VCR. Wireless internet and phone is provided.

From the dining room you step out onto the patio where you can sunbathe, entertain friends or enjoy glorious sunsets while watching resdient birds and other wildlife settle in for the evening. Roadrunner has two large bedrooms, two full baths, one w/jacuzzi tub. Lots of closet space, dressers in each room, bedside tables and credenza in master for a comfortable office space.
The home includes two full sized sleeper sofas, one in the living room and a second in the Arizona Room allowing accomodations for up to 8 guests. These rooms are separated so guests have their own private sleeping areas.
The Arizona Room is great for a family gathering area with ample seating for watch TV or movies on a flat screen television or just admiring the views of the surrounding mountains, gardens and our feathered friends who come to visit the bird feeders.
The large dining room has a pleasant view with access to the walled garden patio and the country kitchen is fully equipped with a large frigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. A gas grill is provided for BBQ's along with outdoor seating and eating.

Relax, Enjoy and Unwind
Relax in front of a cozy fire, unwind in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, enjoy the glories night sky, lounge in the spaciuous Arizona room watching a favorite movie or listen to music on the patio and enjoy the vista of Red Mountain in front of you.
Roadrunner is just a short walk into the Town of Patagonia and the Arizona Trail is two blocks from the home and the Nature Conservancy Preserve is within walking distance.

The living and dining area
The living room has a fireplace to warm yourself by on a cooler winter's night or curl up on the comfortable furniture with a good book from the library. The large dining room has pleasant views of the patio gardens with sliding glass doors leading out to the patios and rose garden. Comfortable seating for six with a side buffet and 2 additional bar stools on the kitchen's island counter. From the dining room you can enjoy the fire place.
Country Kitchen
Roadrunner features a fully equipped "country kitchen," with stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, full size stove, coffee maker, double sink, large toaster, blender, cutting boards, knives, cooking utensils, baking and serving dishes, glassware and dinnerware service for eight. You have all of the kitchen cooking and service ware you need to make any meal or go out and experience some of the area's fine dining establishments.
