Accommodations:  The home sleeps a maximum of eight (8) guests.  We have two large bedrooms both with queen beds.  The master bedroom with en-suite spa  bath and walk in closet.  It has a dresser, night stands and credenza. The spa bath has a shower and Jacuzzi tub, large vanity and toilet.  The second large bedroom has a queen bed, extra large closet space, dresser, night stands and  easy access to the very large main bathroom with tub and shower, toilet  and large vanity and lots of storage and closet space. There are two queen sleeper sofas.  One is located in the living room and the other is located in the Arizona room.  This allows each are to be closed off for privacy when in use.

Property Manager and yard maintenance provided.

 

Laundry:  The home has a large laundry room with a washer and dryer and includes laundry and cleaning supplies.  The laundry room stores the vacuum and other cleaning equipment for your stay.  There is an iron and ironing board provided.

 

Outdoor supplies/furniture:  A gas BBQ is supplied along with dining table and seating for guests in the walled garden area.  Seating is provided in the front and back gardens.

There is a fountain available to enjoy.  Instructions are in the Guest Handbook on the property.

Rates vary with length of stay and number of guests.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

10% weekly discount rate applied for six (6) nights or longer

Reservations:  December through May reservations are weekly or longer.  Reservations are recommended in advance.

 

Minimum stay:  is 2 nights - Single night stay nightly rates slightly higher.

 

Check-in/out:  3:00pm           Check-out:  11:00am

 

Payment:  50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your stay and remaining is due 30 days prior to occupancy.  We accept personal check and credit cards.

 

Security/damage deposit:  $300 refundable nightly or $500 for longer stays of 15 days or more

 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for short term stays and a 20% processing fee is applied.  Long term stay cancellation is outlined in guest agreement.

 

Restrictions:  We do not allow pets.  Smoking outside only and no guest under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

This is  a self-catering property.  There is professional housekeeping between guests but in order to not pay a housekeeping fee we ask our guest to leave the property clean and in the condition they found it.  Cleaning supplies are provided.  Bed linens and towels are provided.  If you would like housekeeping services please let us know as they can be provided for additional fee.
