Roadrunner Retreat, Patagonia AZ

We are located in the hills above the artist's hamlet and international birding destination of Patagonia in the area known as the "Mountain Empire" and designated as an "Arizona Treasure".  This beautiful area is part of the Sourthern Arizona's "sky islands" just 50 miles southeast of Tucson.  This region, which ranges up to 5,000 feet above seas level, is noted for its open spaces, biological diversity, colorful history, eclectic culture and is a premier win tasting destination.

 

Rental Information:   We offer 2 night minimum rates for 2 to 8 guests & fees include tax.   Rental rate (see rental rate page) is based on the number of guests and the season. We accept personal checks and credit cards.  There is a 10% discount for stays for five nights or longer and a 25% discount for monthly rentals.  We do not allow pets and this is a non-smoking home.  We accept advance bookings for the following rental season starting in January of each year.  We rent the property for a maximum of three months per guest.  All utilities are included in the monthly rental.  Roadrunner is within the Patagonia city limits and we have city water and sewer along with regular garbage pick up.
